When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received.

Can I request an expedited shipment?

Yes, you may request an expedited shipping during the check out.

How the Laser Engraving process works?

If you request a laser engraving on your product, please tell us what you would like us to write and where exactly you want it to be placed through an e-mail message addressed to support@venito.com

Can I request custom making on any of your products?

Yes you can, within the limits of our ability, please contact us through support@venito.com, and tell us in detail how you would like us to custom make a product for you. We’ll do our best to meet your expectations.

Are custom made products eligible for return or exchange?

No, you can’t return or exchange any custom made product since we won’t be able to sell them again.

Can I use the right of withdrawal if I don’t like the product I purchase?

Yes, if you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, exchange or store credit (excluding original shipping costs) on the condition that the product and all of its packaging materials are in resellable condition (unused and undamaged).

What kind of leather do you use in your products?

We use full-grain cow leather in all our products without exception (the best quality of existing leather types).

What are the care instructions for Venito Leather products?

  • Keep your leather products away from direct sunlight or heat
  • Gently clean only with a soft cotton cloth if necessary
  • Avoid using any liquid-base cleaning products or water
  • You may use very thin layer of evenly pasted almond oil for regular maintenance
